At Meraaki Fashion, we are dedicated to providing the best services to our customers. We believe in delivering our products in the best conditions and within the specified time frame.

Shipping

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping and free delivery on all orders within India.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days across most locations in India, but it may take up to 10 days for remote locations. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, lockdowns, or natural disasters.

• Tracking: Upon dispatch, a unique tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS to help you track your shipment.

• Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, reserves the right to cancel the order.

• Disclaimer: While we strive for timely deliveries, no compensation will be provided for delays.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To get your return request approve, you need to upload the unboxing video of product/parcel.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We try to cover as many locations as possible to deliver our products within India. In case we fail to do so, the same will be communicated to our customers via email.

ORDER STATUS

We always keep you informed of the progress of your order. Once your order is placed to the time it is shipped from our end, you shall receive an email mentioning the shipping details. The customers can also check and confirm the order status in the “My Orders" section by tapping on their profile. In case of unavailability of a product, the same is communicated to the customer via email, and the amount is refunded for the same if prepaid.

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.

TRANSPARENCY

At Gulmohar Jaipur, any charges like taxes or GST charges, etc., if applicable, are added to the order prior to confirming it. You are shown the total price before you place the order. We believe in doing clean business and serving our customers with the best services.
