Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges. We do not provide returns or refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange requests are only accepted within 2 days of delivery. Any request made after 2 days of receiving the product will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To get your exchange request approved, you must provide a clear unboxing video of the product/parcel showing the issue.

If you would like to request an exchange, please email gulabinagri711@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for exchange. Requests sent without required details or after the allowed time period will not be approved.


Important

Customers are required to arrange their own shipping to send the product back, as we do not provide reverse pickup services at this time. Items sent without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery along with the unboxing video so we can review and resolve the issue.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
